We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive School Office Administrator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office.

Job Type: Full-time 8.30am β 3.30pm
Salary: Β£14.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional reception service to all visitors
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases
- Support attendance monitoring and reporting
- Assist with admissions and enrolment processes
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
- Provide general administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
About You
- Has previous administrative experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills
- Has strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and school systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor β desirable)
- Works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively
- Is approachable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service
