We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our Year 3 team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality support, ensuring all pupils are engaged and achieving their potential. Contract Type: Full-time – long-term. Opportunity to be for the full academic year.
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Implement effective and strong behaviour management strategies in line with school policy.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with varying needs.
- Assist in planning and preparing resources for learning.
