As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will
- Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage to achieve their full potential.
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and creative learning activities.
- Provide small group and one-to-one support, particularly in phonics
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Has strong phonics knowledge and experience supporting phonics programmes and interventions.
- Understands child development and the EYFS curriculum.
- Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with young children.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
- A welcoming and supportive school environment.
