Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Burnley from September. Responsibilities

  • Supporting the class teacher within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
  • Assisting with planned activities and learning through play
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
  • Supporting children’s development in communication, social skills, and early learning goals

Qualifications

  • Has experience working within EYFS or early years settings
  • Holds a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant preferred)
  • Is patient, nurturing, and proactive
  • Has a strong understanding of EYFS framework
  • Is committed to supporting children’s development and wellbeing
