We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational setting in Burgess Hill. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
  • Help de-escalate challenging situations using a calm and consistent approach
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges is desirable
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people

Important: Due to the rural location of the school in Burgess Hill, you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle, as public transport options may be limited.
