You will be sharing responsibility for a Year 4 class with another experienced teacher, working closely together to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons. The school has a supportive leadership team, a strong focus on collaboration and a friendly, nurturing environment.
The Role
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Sharing responsibility for a Year 4 class with your job share partner
- Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to support learning
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs and adapting your approach to meet individual requirements
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Contributing to the wider school community and curriculum development
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong experience working with children with SEN
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A flexible, organised approach to job sharing
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for teaching
