Responsibilities
- Support pupils who may need help with behaviour, focus, or emotional regulation
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and engagement
- Help create a calm, positive learning environment
- Support teachers with lessons and classroom activities
- Act as a positive role model for pupils
Qualifications and Experience
- No formal qualifications needed – we welcome applicants with experience such as:
- Sports coaching or swim teaching
- Children's care or support work
- Youth work or mentoring
- Psychology/Criminology/Occupational Therapy degrees
