We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive school environment.

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist with engagement, confidence‑building, and learning development
  • Help manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and activities
  • Provide pastoral care and encouragement to pupils

Experience as a swim teacher, coach, or instructor

Confident working with children or young people

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Passion for supporting learning and development

DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)

Competitive daily pay (£90–£105)
