What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing dedicated 1-1 support to children in Reception.
- Helping children settle into school life and adjust to new routines.
- Supporting children with transitions throughout the school day.
- Building confidence and encouraging independence.
- Assisting with social skills, communication and emotional development.
- Working closely with the class teacher, EYFS team and SENCo.
- Creating a calm, nurturing and supportive environment.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the class teacher.
What We Are Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (ideal but not essential).
- Experience working with young children (paid or voluntary).
- A genuine passion for supporting children in their early years.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
