We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, working across a variety of welcoming schools in North Somerset. Whether you are looking for regular work from September or want to start picking up days now, we would love to hear from you.

  • Supporting class teachers to deliver engaging lessons across different year groups
  • Covering short term and long term TA absences in primary schools
  • Adapting to different school environments and class dynamics
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to support pupil progress
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Supporting a range of learners, including those with additional needs such as SEND, SEMH and EAL

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting:

  • A flexible and positive approach
  • Happy to work across different age groups from EYFS to Year 6
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
