Primary School Learning Support Assistant
Location: Cotham, Bristol (BS6)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay: £14.10 - £16.15 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role

We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Cotham(BS6) from September. You'll support children with additional learning needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and communication difficulties, helping them thrive both academically and socially.
Whether you have experience in education, care, youth work, sports coaching, psychology, or support work, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Help pupils engage with learning and classroom activities
- Support positive behaviour, wellbeing, and confidence
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Patient, caring, and resilient
- Passionate about supporting children
- Experience working with young people (desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
