Part-time PPA Cover Teacher | 2 Days per Week | BS9 Bristol

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a flexible PPA cover role in a supportive Bristol school? We are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in BS9 that is seeking a PPA Cover Teacher to join their team for 2 days per week. The school can be flexible on which days you work and would like someone to start as soon as possible.

The Role

  • Provide high quality PPA cover across classes in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that follow planned work and the national curriculum
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and abilities
  • Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment and strong behaviour management
  • Work closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure continuity for pupils
  • Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
  • Confident working across different year groups and subjects
  • Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
  • A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils
