We are working with primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for PE teachers for both part time and full time roles from September. The role:

  • Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Teaching a range of sports and physical activities to children of all abilities
  • Making lessons fun, inclusive and accessible for every child
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to support development
  • Promoting a positive attitude towards health, fitness and wellbeing
  • Supporting extracurricular sports clubs and activities where possible
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant sports coaching qualification
  • Experience teaching PE in a primary school setting
  • A passion for sport and physical education
  • The ability to engage and motivate children of all ages and abilities
  • Strong behaviour management skills
