We are working with a range of welcoming schools across Bristol who are keen to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through flexible supply teaching opportunities. Supply is a fantastic way to build confidence, develop your teaching style, and get your foot in the door with local schools. Whether you’re looking for consistent work or flexible days to suit your schedule, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure across different settings before committing to a permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Build experience across different schools, year groups and environments
  • Develop classroom management skills and confidence
  • Create opportunities for long‑term or permanent roles
  • Expand your professional network within local schools

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects or key stages
  • Engage and support pupils in their learning

Qualifications
  • Recently completed PGCE (or due to complete shortly)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending
  • Passion for teaching and supporting young people
  • Flexible, proactive and positive approach

This role is ideal for ECTs who want to gain hands‑on experience, explore different school settings and build a strong foundation for their teaching career. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
