Instead, you'll use your creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support students across a range of subjects, helping them build confidence and achieve their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students in the classroom on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Helping to adapt learning activities to suit different learning styles
- Encouraging engagement, participation, and confidence in lessons
- Using creative approaches to explain concepts and solve challenges
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
- Working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Acting as a positive role model for young people

We're Looking For
- A degree in a creative subject such as Fine Art, Theatre, Acting, Textiles, Performance, Design, Creative Writing, Music, Dance, Film, Photography, or similar

- The ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role from September
- Previous educational experience is welcomed but not essential.
