What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities in group and one-to-one settings.
  • Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Acting as a role model, promoting teamwork, perseverance, and positive behaviour.
  • Drawing on experience from education, youth groups, sports, clubs, or similar settings.
  • Collaborating with staff to meet individual pupil needs.
