- Supporting the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities in group and one-to-one settings.
- Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.

- Drawing on experience from education, youth groups, sports, clubs, or similar settings.
- Collaborating with staff to meet individual pupil needs.
