Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, committed, and proactive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary and secondary schools. This is a flexible role, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available to suit your availability and lifestyle.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
  • Assist students with SEN, SEMH, or EHCPs where required
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
  • Help pupils build confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
