Our school is a caring, inclusive, and ambitious primary school seeking to appoint an outstanding Year 4 Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated teacher who has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching that enables every child to succeed.

Year 4 Class Teacher
Salary: £130 - £160 per day
Contract: Full Time

The Role
- Take responsibility for a Year 4 class, creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and challenging lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment information effectively to inform teaching.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour, learning, and attendance.
- Support pupils' academic, personal, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally in Lower Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Has high expectations and aspirations for all pupils.
- Possesses strong behaviour management skills and can create a nurturing learning environment.
- Is reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Works effectively as part of a team and has excellent communication skills.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
