Teaching Personnel is working with a lovely, welcoming school to recruit an enthusiastic Science & Maths Teacher for a part-time role, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys inspiring young people across both Science and Mathematics. The successful candidate will work 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays), delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils develop confidence and curiosity in both subjects.
The Role

- Paid to scale (M1–M6, dependent on experience)
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Science and Maths lessons
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high-quality teaching and learning
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of achievement and behaviour
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has relevant teaching experience
- Has experience teaching Science and/or Maths
- Is confident delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
- Has excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for all learners
