This unique setting supports young people aged 10 to 18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, autism, additional learning needs and complex SEND. The school is recognised for its nurturing approach, therapeutic ethos and personalised education programmes that allow pupils to rebuild confidence, trust and engagement with learning.
Working hours are 9am to 3.30pm, offering an excellent work-life balance while still allowing you to make a meaningful difference each day.
The Opportunity
You will teach pupils across Key Stages 3 within small classes and tailored learning environments where relationships are central to success. Staff are encouraged to think creatively, adapt learning styles and celebrate every small step of progress. The successful candidate will deliver engaging sessions across core curriculum subjects while supporting emotional regulation, resilience and independence.
