Teaching Personnel are currently seeking energetic, motivated, and hands-on people to work as Teaching Assistants across primary, secondary and SEN schools. This is the perfect opportunity if you’re considering a future career in teaching, coaching, or child development.
Your background in sport gives you the ideal skillset to support pupils both in and out of the classroom — from motivating learners, to promoting teamwork, resilience, and positive behaviour.
Responsibilities- Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping to build pupils’ confidence, engagement, and focus
- Supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Bringing energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm to the school environment
- Has a background in a sporty setting
