Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom SEN Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Bridgend. This forward-thinking provision supports children and young people aged 3–19 with Autism and associated learning difficulties. With small class sizes and a high level of staff support, you’ll be able to provide focused, individualised assistance that helps pupils access learning, build independence, and reach their full potential. What We’re Looking For
- Resilient, patient, and understanding attitude
- Experience supporting children or individuals with SEN and challenging behaviours
- Ability to deliver consistent 1:1 and small group support

Requirements (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
- Must be 18 or over
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
- Level 2 Safeguarding training
- At least two professional references covering 24 months of employment
