Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom SEN Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Bridgend. This forward-thinking provision supports children and young people aged 3–19 with Autism and associated learning difficulties. With small class sizes and a high level of staff support, you’ll be able to provide focused, individualised assistance that helps pupils access learning, build independence, and reach their full potential. Requirements (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)

  • Must be 18 or over
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
  • Level 2 Safeguarding training
  • At least two professional references covering 24 months of employment
