Behaviour Support Assistant– Make a Real Impact Every Day

Are you driven to help young people overcome challenges and unlock their full potential? We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 7–19 in a specialist school for students with social, emotional and behavioural needs, autism, and disrupted education backgrounds.

In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll be a calm, consistent and motivating presence — helping learners regulate emotions, build confidence and re-engage with their education. You’ll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment where every student feels seen, supported and capable of success.
