Are you driven to help young people overcome challenges and unlock their full potential? We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 7–19 in a specialist school for students with social, emotional and behavioural needs, autism, and disrupted education backgrounds.
In this hands‑on, high‑impact role, you’ll be a calm, consistent and motivating presence — helping learners regulate emotions, build confidence and re‑engage with their education. You’ll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment where every student feels seen, supported and capable of success.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience with children, youth work, care, mentoring or coaching
- Confidence and resilience during challenging moments

- Age 18+
- Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Two professional references covering 24 months of employment
