Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, either one-to-one or in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
- Support pupils with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs (depending on experience)
About You:
- Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Can adapt to different learning needs and styles
- Has previous experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
- Holds relevant qualifications or is willing to undertake training
