We are seeking a caring, patient, and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and welcoming team in Guildford. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by supporting their learning and development.
The Role
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, either one-to-one or in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
- Support pupils with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs (depending on experience)
About You
- Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with children
