About the Role
Are you a creative, hands-on teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity in Bradford? We are seeking an enthusiastic Art & Design Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school on a full-time, agency basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves inspiring students through creativity, practical learning, and engaging lessons — all while being supported by a dedicated agency team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching engaging Art and DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Encouraging creativity and confidence in students of all abilities
- Using strong behaviour management to create a positive learning environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
- Maintaining safe, organised, and inspiring classrooms and workshops
- Working closely with school staff and agency support teams
- Supporting creative projects, displays, and enrichment activities
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds QTS (or is working towards it)
- Has experience teaching Art and/or Design Technology
- Is proactive, flexible, and creative
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about making a difference in a Bradford school community
