Responsibilities
- Working 1:1 with a pupil displaying challenging behaviour
- Building a strong, positive relationship to support engagement
- Managing and de-escalating behaviour effectively
- Supporting the pupil’s academic and emotional development
- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
Must Have
- Previous experience working in UK schools
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience supporting SEMH / challenging behaviour
- Ability to stay calm, consistent, and resilient

- Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant / Support Worker
- Experience in PRUs or alternative provisions
- Team Teach (or similar) training
