Teaching Personnel are supporting a friendly primary school who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to lead a small, nurturing nursery setting and make a lasting impact within our school community.
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for all children. You will lead and support a committed team, maintain excellent standards of safeguarding and compliance, and work closely with parents and the wider school staff.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for providing outstanding early years education and care
