Primary Classroom Support Assistant Bracknell

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our teams supporting Primary Schools across:

BRACKNELL, BERKSHIRE

• Teaching Assistants (TA)
• Learning Support Assistants (LSA)
• Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles including long-term, short-term, temporary and permanent opportunities

You will be working in warm, welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools, supporting children aged 4–11.

Within our primary schools, you may:

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis
• Work with small intervention groups
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Help create positive and inclusive learning environments
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development throughout the school day

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Patient, positive and encouraging
• Flexible and able to adapt to different classroom environments
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Experienced in education, childcare or youth work (desirable but not essential)

For HLTAs: Relevant qualifications and/or experience within education is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
