What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential)
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is preferred , but experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, professional, and adaptable approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
