About the Role
We are seeking a caring, energetic and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development and able to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support for children in line with EYFS curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress
- Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe and well-organised
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
