Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor, Sports Coach, or Sports Assistant to join an all-boys therapeutic school in Binfield. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting students both academically and emotionally through positive engagement and physical activity.
The Role
- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
- Deliver engaging sports activities and promote positive participation.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model.
- Support learning and behaviour management within the classroom.
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and personal development.
- Work closely with teaching staff and therapeutic professionals.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience coaching sports, mentoring young people, or working in education.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
- Relevant coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
