SEN 1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME | SEPTEMBER START | BH7

We are looking for a caring, committed, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely mainstream primary schools in the BH7 area this September. This full-time role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a wonderful Year 2 child, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and enjoy a positive and successful school experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis
  • A patient, nurturing, and positive approach
  • The ability to build a strong and trusting relationship with a child
  • A genuine commitment to being in the role consistently and making a real difference throughout the school year
  • A willingness to fully engage with our vetting and compliance process, including providing references and required documentation promptly
