Responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, intensive interventions on a one-to-one basis
- Support young people aged secondary school age who need immediate, targeted support
- Focus on emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and learning readiness
- Contribute to personalised plans that support reintegration and long-term success
- Work full-time with an immediate start
- Drive to the setting due to its location

- Work closely with young people, families and professionals
