Location: Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and surrounding areas

Pay: £90–£100 per day

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting passionate Level 3 qualified practitioners to support children across a range of educational settings across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Previous experience working with young children within a nursery, school or childcare setting
  • A valid First Aid qualification is desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging small-group intervention and catch-up sessions
  • Provide tailored one-to-one support for pupils where required
  • Support teachers in the classroom to help all pupils, including those with SEN, access learning and make progress
  • Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime duties when needed
  • Build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents/carers to maintain excellent communication and support
