Level 2 Nursery Practitioner - Summer Work | Bournemouth

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support welcoming nursery settings across Bournemouth during the summer holidays.

Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a role that fits around other commitments, we have flexible opportunities available in friendly early years settings where you can make a real difference.

The Role

As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children aged 0-5 years by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, play, and develop. You'll work alongside experienced nursery teams to deliver high-quality care and help children thrive.

Working Hours

We have a range of shifts available, including:

  • 8:00am - 6:00pm (full-day shifts)
  • 9:00am - 3:00pm (school-friendly hours)

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available throughout the summer holidays.

We're looking for:

  • A Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A caring, positive, and reliable approach.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child wellbeing.
  • A passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
