You’ll work closely with teachers, lead small group interventions, and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and positive learning atmosphere. What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in SEN or PRU settings
- Strong understanding of SEMH and positive behaviour strategies
- English & Maths GCSE A*- C or equivalent
- HLTA Training / Assessment

- Skilled in de-escalating challenging situations calmly and safely
