The Role We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Bournemouth seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and complete work that has already been set. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment while gaining first-hand experience of secondary education. This is a fantastic stepping stone into teaching, allowing you to develop classroom management skills and build confidence without the responsibilities of lesson planning or marking. What's involved?
