Your Two-Year Journey
Year 1: Cover Supervisor
Your first year will focus on gaining practical experience within a school environment and developing the foundations needed for a successful teaching career.

- Supervising pupils and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supporting pupil engagement and achievement.

- Work closely with an experienced mentor.
- Complete a fully funded PGCE.
