Teaching Personnel is offering a two-year Salaried Teacher Training Programme in Bournemouth, starting October 2026. You will work in one school, earn a salary, and begin your journey toward becoming a qualified teacher, with fully funded PGCE and support along the way.
Year 1 covers supervision and delivery of prepared lessons, building relationships with pupils and staff. Year 2 progresses to formal teacher training toward QTS, with mentoring, classroom management and differentiation skills.
