Teaching Assistant – SEMH & Behaviour Support (Full Time)
Location: Bolton, Greater ManchesterContract: Full time, long-term
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support within a specialist behaviour provision in Bolton.
This role is suited to someone who is confident supporting pupils with SEMH needs and can provide structure, consistency and strong relationship-building.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with behaviour and engagement
- Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with structured learning activities
- Supporting emotional regulation
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within SEMH or behaviour settings
- Resilient and confident approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with pupils
