Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs during the school day and monitor major works during school holidays.
  • Manage the work of contractors on site and monitor services provided externally, such as window cleaning.
  • Ensure that all school facilities are in excellent and safe condition with the highest possible standards of cleanliness for use by pupils, staff and visitors.
  • Ensure that the school site is in an excellent and safe condition and the estate is maintained in accordance with statutory health and safety and buildings regulations.

  • Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 15:00pm
  • Friday - 6:30am - 11:30am

- 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Pay: Grade 5 SCP £25,583 to SCP 9 £27,254 per annum
