Your Role
As a Personal Care Support Staff member, you will:
- Provide dignified personal care (including toileting, hygiene and feeding)
- Support students in classroom learning and activities
- Assist with mobility and physical support where required
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging communication and independence
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality care
- Help create a safe, engaging and fun learning environment

- A compassionate and patient nature
- Experience in care, support work, education or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence supporting individuals with additional or complex needs
- A team player who is reliable and proactive
