Teaching Personnel are seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in Bolton.
This role focuses on supporting pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, ADHD and ASC, to re-engage with education in a nurturing environment.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group behavioural support, build relationships, and work with staff to promote pupil progress and wellbeing.
Driving licence and DBS are required or in process.
