Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: BL5
Start Date: October 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £14.80 per hour
Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.
- Leading phonics groups with confidence.
- Planning and delivering targeted intervention sessions.
- Delivering whole‑class sessions when required.
- Providing additional support in Key Stage 2 as needed.
Qualifications
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working within a UK primary school.
- Has proven experience delivering whole‑class lessons – this is essential.
- Is confident leading phonics sessions and intervention groups.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
