Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to primary-aged children (EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2).
- Ensuring a positive and effective learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students in their learning.
- Following the school’s policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of students.
- Maintaining communication with Teaching Personnel and school staff regarding your availability and feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is necessary.
- Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
- Ability to follow multiple different school’s rules and procedures.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
