About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking short‑term placements, long‑term assignments, or day‑to‑day cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school curriculum plans
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
- Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
- Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
