We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Newly Qualified Teachers to join a secondary school in Blackwood. This role will allow you to develop your classroom practice, build confidence in delivering the curriculum, and become an integral part of a collaborative teaching team. About the Role
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the secondary curriculum (KS3–KS5).
- Support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including those requiring additional classroom support.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.

Requirements
- Awarded a PGCE and currently looking to gain QTS.

- Strong relationship-building skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers.
