Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic individuals across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast to train as Teaching Assistants. If you have experience in childcare, youth work, support work, care settings, mentoring, coaching, or similar people-focused roles, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional guidance
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
- Gain hands-on experience while learning on the job
Training & Development
Teaching Personnel offer access to a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, helping you take the first step towards a long-term career in education. You will also have opportunities for:

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (e.g. care worker, support worker, nursery assistant, youth worker, sports coach)
- A desire to learn and develop in a school environment
- Availability to start ASAP
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
